Michael works globally and his consulting is split evenly between the US, EMEA, and Asia/Pac.
From the EU divisions of global investment banks, 200 year-old family-owned businesses and UK-based fintech firms…
…to US corporates, PE firms and SMEs
From Asia-based investment firms and unicorns…
…to SaaS and semiconductor companies in the Valley.
He is often asked to accelerate Executive Committees and help top executives to lead – or transition - across regions.
He is a Visiting Lecturer on Executive Committee Effectiveness at Oxford University’s Said Business School, is on the Editorial Review Board of the Journal of Consulting Psychology and is an Executive Mentor in the Strome College of Business at his alma mater, Old Dominion University, in Virginia. Michael also funds a scholarship at ODU for first generation and ethnic minority psychology students to study in England.
He is a Licensed Psychologist in the US and the UK and before moving to the UK 25 years ago he was the Sport Psychologist for Arizona State University and the Arizona Cardinals of the NFL. When not working, spending time with his family or exercising he roots wildly (and somewhat masochistically) for USA Rugby.
